Well what can I update you all with? One thing that I am really excited about is breaking into the 3rd trimester this week!!! Only 12 more weeks until we can meet Hadley. Truly a blessing.
Daddy has started painting the nursery. The priming is almost done, and the baseboards and doors have been painted a fresh white! Next we need to get the light pink all over the walls...and then get to the striped part on the bottom of the chair rail. We'll both be happy when this project will be completed. Some of my friends have volunteered to help when we get to the striping part! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
Christmas this year was a great time with all of our families. We hosted the Hall/Gregory get together at our house on Christmas Eve. We had about 20 people over that night!!! The house was full....and snow came that day. WOW, a white Christmas! Who would have thought?! The day before Christmas Eve it was 70 degrees outside. Only in TEXAS! I love it.
Christmas morning we had my family over for brunch. Then we made our way to Flower Mound for Grandpa John R's. Finally, yesterday, we did Christmas with Cade's immediate family.
I'll say this, this year we were spoiled! It was ahh-maz-ing!
As far as the pregnancy goes, Hadley has been very sweet in my tummy. She never really punches or kicks really hard. It just feels as if she is just moving around and practicing her ballet moves. Just very graceful and sweet=) Maybe this means she will be a calm, quiet baby? HAHA maybe not.
I took the glucose/diabetes screening test last week. So far I haven't heard from the doctors office so maybe that means I PASSED! Wish us luck.
Everything I am reading online says at this point of the pregnancy, the baby weighs around 2-3 pounds. But I on the other hand, have gained 15 total so far. I crave fresh fruit, sushi, or mexican food! I am staring at my humongous orange on my desk....I might have to eat it now =)
Our next doctor appointment is January 12th. I think we start going every other week after this next appt! So exciting to know that her due date is near.

Hilary and Hervey found out their baby is going to be a GIRL!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAY!
Hadley will be so so so close to her cousin, Aubrey Jean Ely. (McKenna too!) McKenna is our niece and Lyndsey's daughter (Cade's sister!).
